But when Nancy writes she sees everything in her head like a movie. When she and Rose sit down together to start a book, it's always a crazy, fun time. I bet you'd like to peek behind the scenes of this partnership. Well...I'm here to tell you about it.

Our readers often ask us if Nancy writes anything but poems about us! We like to keep this a secret, but in fact, she does. She writes all the time, about everything and everyone. Lots of funny poems and ditties about things that happen when she's bike riding, kayaking, gardening....or doing just about anything. If a friend should spill chocolate ice cream on their shirt...well...there's a ditty.

Many of our readers wonder who is responsible for those wonderful illustrations of us in our Itty Bitty book series. Well...it’s NOT NANCY! She can’t draw well enough to get on a Pictionary team.

OK, she can write, and loves to rhyme silly ditties about our mini-antics, but when it comes to the illustrations, she has to have a professional. That’s where Rose comes in.
